  • While we do everything possible to stay on schedule, Mpumalanga Helicopter Company cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by mechanical issues or weather conditions beyond our control.

Booking Confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed once full pre-payment and accurate passenger weights have been received.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the flight will incur a 50% fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the flight will incur a 100% fee.

Fuel & Pricing Adjustments

  • Quotes may change due to fluctuations in fuel prices or significant movements in the Rand/Dollar exchange rate.

Validity of Quotations

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
  • Quotations apply to the specific route, date, and number of passengers quoted.
  • Adjustments may be necessary if the originally quoted services are unavailable at the time of booking.
